First let the old tire deflate completely, pry the tire over the rim edge and be careful not to pinch the inner tube when putting it back. Pro tip: wet the rim edge lightly with some soapy water, so the tire slides into place more smoothly and sits neatly all around.

Do you need a driver’s license for a fatbike?
You don’t need a driver’s license for a regular fatbike with pedal assist up to 25 km/h. You do for tuned models above that limit. Keep in mind those are only allowed on private property.
